How We Work

Eight enjoyable steps actually. At Reality in Branding we adopt an engaging methodology that’s as practical as it is effective. And we encourage the involvement of management and board members – our sessions are stimulating, inspiring and are all about their company’s future, so why wouldn’t they want to be involved?

  1. Identify your vision, mission and values.

    Before we develop a new brand we always establish your vision, mission and values – that is, where you want to be, how you aim to get there and how you’ll conduct yourself along the way.

  2. Understand what people think of you.

    Acting as a guide to informing the brand map that we’ll develop, we suggest a perception study to gauge how external sources see your company.

  3. Develop your brand attributes.

    We’ll then will take your values and use them as a basis to build the final brand attributes map. It is these attributes that go on to be presented to the outside world.

  4. Message development.

    A well thought out message set can help even a small organisation punch above its weight in terms of market presence. We’ll make sure your messages are simple, consistent and compelling.
