A new branding and communications programme that would spur growth ahead of the company’s sale.

What we did

First, we developed a five-year vision and growth acceleration plan. Next, we commissioned a brand perception audit. Then we devised a new brand strategy, which was incorporated in all internal and external communications; and redesigned the website and sales collateral.

The impact of Reality in Branding

Morgan Chambers reorganised its management structure and implemented the first two years of the five-year plan, which included an intranet for best practise exchange. New sophisticated HR policies and processes were executed; and a new bonus scheme for its employees was implemented.

Morgan Chambers was given a new visual brand design, which was adopted by all divisions of the organisation. The company was sold successfully in a trade sale, allowing the chairman to exit the business as desired.
